Premium Unblocked Games respects intellectual property rights and expects visitors and content providers to do the same.
We take copyright concerns seriously and will review properly submitted notices regarding material allegedly infringing copyright. Where applicable, we will respond in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other relevant laws.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that material accessible through Premium Unblocked Games infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to represent, you may submit a written notice containing the information necessary to identify the material and evaluate your request.
A formal DMCA notice should include, as applicable:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it, such as the relevant URL.
Contact information, including a mailing address, telephone number, and email address where required.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where required, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
Incomplete notices may delay our review.
2. Where to Send a Notice
Please submit copyright complaints through our Contact Us page using the active contact email published there.
Use the subject line:
DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice
Include the relevant URLs and supporting information so we can identify the material.
Please replace any contact placeholders on our website with an active email address before publishing this policy.
3. Review and Removal
After receiving a sufficiently detailed notice, we will review the request and determine what action is appropriate under applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances, we may remove or disable access to the identified material, request additional information, or take other appropriate action.
Submitting a notice does not guarantee immediate removal or a particular outcome.
4. Counter-Notification
If material was removed or access was disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification where permitted by law.
A counter-notification generally needs to include:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
A statement, under penalty of perjury where required, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and telephone number.
The required consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court and agreement to accept service of process, where applicable under the DMCA.
We may forward a valid counter-notification to the original complaining party and follow the procedures and timelines required by applicable law.
Do not submit a counter-notification unless you have a legitimate basis for doing so.
5. Repeat Infringement
Where applicable and appropriate, we may take measures against repeat infringers, including restricting access or terminating relevant accounts or submissions.
Any action will be evaluated in light of the circumstances and applicable law.
6. Third-Party Hosting and Embedded Games
Some games or other materials accessible through our website may be hosted or controlled by third-party services.
If disputed content is hosted elsewhere, you may also need to contact the relevant hosting provider or content owner.
We will review notices concerning content or links under our control and take appropriate action where warranted.
7. Misrepresentation
Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a copyright infringement notice or counter-notification may have legal consequences under applicable law.
Please ensure that any notice you submit is accurate and made in good faith.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with a revised date.
